• Badge holder information — when you create badges for your members, you may provide their name, email, photo, role, and access details. You are responsible for having the right to share this information with us.
• Usage and device data — basic analytics such as pages visited and approximate location, collected through Google Analytics to help us improve the Service.
• Access logs — when a badge is scanned, we record the time, location, and direction of the scan.

How we use your information

• To provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
• To create and deliver digital wallet badges.
• To process payments through our payment processor.
• To communicate with you about your account and support requests.
• To analyze and improve the Service.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate the Service, including:

• Supabase (database, authentication, and storage)
• Stripe (payment processing)
• Google and Apple (digital wallet pass delivery)
• Resend (transactional email)

Data retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active. You can export all of your data or permanently delete your account and associated data at any time from your dashboard settings, or by contacting us at support@swapfob.com.
